Taco Casserole

Title: Taco Casserole

1 1/2 lb lean ground beef or turkey
1 pk McCormick taco seasoning -
-(1.25 oz
2 cn tomato sauce - (8 oz ea)
1 cn Mexican corn mixture - (11
-oz); drained
= (or whole kernel corn)
1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c coarsely-crushed tortilla
-chips

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown meat in a large skillet over
medium-high heat; drain.

Stir in Taco Seasoning, tomato sauce, and corn. Simmer 5 minutes.

Spoon mixture into a 2-quart baking dish. Top with cheese and tortilla
chips. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 to 10 minutes.

This recipe yields 6 servings.

Serving suggestion: Garnish casserole with sour cream and sliced green
onions, and serve with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
