Chicken Marengo

When I didn't have a crockpot I would just do this in the oven at 325.

Title: Chicken Marengo

Yield: 4 servings

2 1/2 lb chicken; cut up
1 packet spaghetti sauce,
-packet
1/2 c dry white wine
2 tomatoes; quartered
1/4 lb fresh mushrooms; sliced

Place chicken parts in crockpot. Combine spaghetti sauce mix with wine;
pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours. Turn control to high.
Add tomatoes and mushrooms. Cover and cook on high 30-40 minutes or until
tomatoes are done.
