Chicken Mole

Title: Chicken Mole
Categories: mexican, poultry, quick and easy
Yield: 6 servings

1 chicken; cut up
salt and pepper; to taste
1/4 c water
1/4 c chili powder
1 ts oregano
1 ts cocoa
1/2 c flour
2 tb flour
1 ts pepper
1 ts garlic powder
1 c water
1 tb peanut butter
5 c water

season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.

Place chicken in a large pot with 1/4 cup water. Cover and simmer until
tender, approximately 45 minutes.

In a medium bowl, mix chili powder, oregano, cocoa, flour, pepper, and
garlic powder with 1 cup water.

Add to chicken in pot; mix well.

Add Peanut butter and 5 cups water to chicken in pot; mix well. Bring to a
boil, on high heat.

Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Stir and serve immediately.

Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
