1/2 c pesto sauce
Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil in a Dutch oven. Stir
in rice; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove
from heat, and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in pesto. Makes 3
quarts.
